Hotel Bookings:

Flight and Transfer Information:

All delegates are required to make their own flight bookings to and from the Gold Coast.

We strongly urge you to book your flights upon confirmation of your attendance. We have booked airport transfers to the InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort from Coolangatta Airport for the following suggested flights. If you cannot book these flights, you will need to book your own airport transfer. There will be one transfer arranged to Coolangatta Airport at the end of the conference departing the hotel at 3.30pm.

You will have the opportunity to book your transfers with us four weeks out from the conference.

Getting to the Conference:

InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort is located mid-way between both Brisbane Airport and Gold Coast Airport on the northern end of the Gold Coast.

• Distance between Gold Coast airport and InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort is 51.14 Km.
• Travel time is 44 minutes.

Transfers

We have booked airport transfers to the conference from the airport for the above suggested flights. If you cannot book these flights you will need to book your own airport transfer. If you wish to book your own private transfer we recommend contacting Hughs Limousines.

Taxi services will come out to both resorts and can be booked directly at reception. Alternatively you can book a taxi here. Estimate taxi fare from the airport to the hotel is $114.00.
