By 2020 there will be 4Billion smartphone’s in the world, that’s 3 x more mobile devices on the planet than desktops! At this incredible rate of adoption, almost all of the world’s internet users will be accessing the internet via a mobile device.

These mobile devices will be generating 3X the amount of data that businesses will be able to use to deliver greater context to connect with customers more effectively. It’s expected that time spent on smartphones will double in this time, meaning brands will have a longer and deeper opportunity to connect.
